Meson Sabika is a Spanish tapas restaurant. Tapas are usually deemed as a wide variety of small plates, finger foods, and appetizers, or just a small portion of a special dish. Tapas are not a particular type of food, but rather a way of dining. Tapas are best defined as the Spanish tradition of enjoying many appetizer sized dishes. Tapas are neither starters nor an entree. The entire meal consists of these smaller dishes that are shared around the table, encouraging guests order as many of the different dishes as they choose. Whether you’re looking for a lighter snack at the bar, or feast fit for a king, Meson Sabika provides an exquisite experience for everyone.
What is paella?
Paella is an internationally-known rice dish from Spain; It originated in Valencia, the eastern region of the country. Today, paella is made using a variety of different ingredients; It may contain chicken, pork, shellfish, fish, eel, squid, beans, peas, artichokes or peppers. Saffron is an essential part of the dish, and also provides a wonderful golden hue to the rice.
At Meson Sabika, we offer three different types of paella: Vegetarian, Mariscos, and Valenciana. Our paella are freshly baked with saffron rice and your selection of filling. Add lobster tail to any paella for a delicious twist. Our friendly wait staff will bring the paella to your table in a traditional pan known as a paellera and plate it for you and your guests.
Our Signature Sangria
Our Signature Sangria is made of wine and liquors garnished with freshly cut citrus and apple. The red and white sangria compliment a variety of tapas. We also have some pleasurable flavors including Strawberry, peach, prickly pear, and mango.
